A refund or compensation is only applicable under the following conditions:

The Service Provider assigned to the task was unable to fix the issue after a maximum of two visits.

The Service Provider refuses to visit the customer's location for any reason.

In either of the above cases, Syaanh.com will assign a new service provider to inspect the issue.

If the new service provider determines that the problem was caused by the original service provider, Syaanh.com will initiate either a full refund or appropriate compensation to the customer.
